All orders ship from our Triloki Trademart office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday, with the exception of public Indian holidays. Orders “awaiting” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we can. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is shipped. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing and you may receive. Please allow up to 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to update. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

Some licenses restrict our ability to sell certain products to specific regions. This will not become apparent until checkout when calculating shipping options.
